Our prorietary Explorer modular antibody platform leverages our vast phage display library mimicking human antibody diversity and the unique features of Mammalian Display to optimize molecules for potency, affinity and developability in the desired final therapeutic antibody format.
Its design is based on human heavy and light chain antibody germline scaffolds that are well expressed and present in clinically validated approved antibodies and are frequently used in humans. These heavy and light chain related sequences are often selected from human phage non-immune libraries and relate to high developability properties. Antibody Diversity is synthetically designed based our human large antibody sequence collection combined with human donor-derived CDR3 sequences.
