Structure Validation

Epitope Mapping

Use our Epitope Mapping service to get rapid molecular details of the epitope-paratope interface of your antibody, VHH or scFv. Leverage structural information of your therapeutic candidate and its binding site to understand target specificity and mechanism of action. In parallel, gain the structural framework needed for a seamless transition to in silico affinity maturation using our Structure-Based Design service.

Multiplex Mapping

Lead selection from a panel of antibody candidates can be a laborious and complex process. Use our Multiplex Mapping service to enable rapid, high-resolution, structure-based lead selection from a panel of up to 10 candidates. Using a combination of advanced data processing tools and AI, we give you the atomic-level information to downselect and prioritize — all derived from a single imaging session. This approach delivers multiple epitope–paratope structures from one cryo-EM map, dramatically accelerating your discovery timelines.

Serum Antibody Triage

Understanding the epitope diversity within the polyclonal antibody response of your vaccinated animal enables early de-risking of antibody discovery campaigns.
Our Serum Antibody Triage service provides a clear intermediate-resolution map of the epitope landscape from purified polyclonal serum antibodies, giving you the insight to prioritize targets or samples and the confidence to proceed with our Epitope-Based Hit Discovery service.

Epitope-Based Hit Discovery

Transform your antibody discovery pipeline by using a structure-first approach! Our Epitope-Based Hit Discovery service builds from our Serum Antibody Triage service and uses an AI-based workflow that incorporates high resolution maps of polyclonal antibodies and NGS sequencing of (sorted) B cells. By enabling direct and structure-based selection of epitope-specific, high-affinity antibodies from an NGS dataset, our Epitope-Based Hit Discovery service provides informed and accelerated discovery of desired antibodies.

  • Requirement: NGS dataset form (sorted) B cells, high-resolution map from our Serum Antibody Triage service

Structure-Based Design

Using an ensemble of physics-based and AI-based methods, our Structure-Based Design service performs computational, structure-informed redesign of your protein or antibody. Unlock structure-guided affinity maturation, antibody humanization or protein stabilization that seamlessly integrates with our high-throughput production and screening pipeline. With only 6 weeks from structure to screening this service provides dramatically shorter timelines than traditional library-based workflows.
