The Role

We are seeking an Intern to join our Process & Performance team for a 6-month IEFP [+TALENTO] internship. As an Process & Performance Intern you will have the opportunity to learn and apply process improvement methodologies in a dynamic biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Mapping & Analysis

• Support the mapping and analysis of internal processes.

• Contributing to the optimization of operational workflows.

Performance Reporting

• Gather data to build performance indicators.

• Develop dashboards and reports.

Your Profile

• Eligible for IEFP [+TALENTO] internship.

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar data analysis tools is a plus.

• Interest in process optimization and continuous improvement.

• Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn.

• Proactive and results-oriented approach.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in English is required.
