The Role
As a Junior Process & Performance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply process improvement and performance analysis methodologies in a dynamic biotech environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, data transparency, and business performance. This role is ideal for a curious, analytical, and motivated early-career professional who is eager to develop skills in process optimization, data analysis, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the mapping, documentation, and analysis of internal processes across different teams.
Contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities and the optimization of operational workflows.
Collect, clean, and analyze data to support performance measurement.
Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical insights.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong interest in process optimization, continuous improvement, and performance analysis.
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
